A few example hooks are already filled in, including a 3-variant Lab test, so you can see exactly how the board and Lab tab populate before you add your own. Delete them once you're ready to enter your real hooks.

Hook identity—Hook, Platform, Video URL.
Performance—View Count, Completion Rate, Saves.
Organization—Status, Hook Angle, Notes, Date Tested, Board Order.
Lab testing—Parent Idea, the self-referencing relation that groups variant hooks into a head-to-head test. Point a variant's Parent Idea at another row in this same database to group them; at least 2 variants pointing at the same root are required before the Lab tab shows it as a test.

notion.so/profile/integrations, click New integration, name it, and select the workspace this database lives in. Under Capabilities, check both Read content and Update content—closing a Lab test writes the winning status back to your database, so read-only access isn't enough. Copy the Internal Integration Token—it starts with ntn_.?) both go into the Hook Lab setup page you received by email. Save, and your widget goes live.
